Question about Sommerfest in Germany pavillion

Hello!

I wanted to ask if anyone knows if the Sommerfest counter service in Germany offers any alternatives to the Frankfurter or Bratwurst? I was hoping there might be a chicken or turkey based product that they can substitute. I really want to try the food here but I don't eat any red meat.

The offerings include:

Entrees
Bratwurst - Fresh-cooked Brat with Roll and Sauerkraut $7.49

Frankfurter - Traditional Frank with a Roll and Sauerkraut $7.29

Currywurst - pan-seared fine Brat with curry ketchup, curry seasoning, and house-made paprika chips $9.29

Nudel Gratin - Baked Macaroni and Cheese Custard $3.79

While one can argue with the results, the World Showcase restaurants strive to obtain a certain level of authenticity. Unfortunately for some, this limits choices. The "alternative wursts" that you prefer are not very common in Germany, and sometimes authenticity trumps diversity. For the same reason, at Via Napoli, you are going to find Napolitano style pizza and not Chicago deep dish pizza.
