I got the deal at Amazon for $5 off $25, but the deal must be used by this Thursday and my friend arrives on Sept 6(before I do). Will they hold it for her? I know they need arrival date and confirmation number on the box.

How do I add the confirmation number and arrival date? To the name "box"?
