Question about seaside cafe and Holiday time

We are going to GWL in December. My kids still want something Disney in the trip. We are planning on a trip with friends in a year so can’t do a park trip right now.

I figured a character meal would be good. Has anyone done donald’s seaside brunch? Looking to see what they serve for the lunch part of it. My daughter loves Stitch so that’s why I’m leaning here.

Also anything fun to do outside of the park? Are the hotels decorated for the holidays that we can visit. Any hidden spots at the hotels to visit? We plan to hit the brunch as we first get in to Anaheim before going to GWL.

Last year PPH Santa was dressed beach style, GCH was more traditional as I recall and DLH Santa was in a retro living room. It was very cute.

Marceline's in DTD has Mickey ice cream bars and should have themed caramel apples. Those are always fun for some Disney magic without entering the parks. Your kids might enjoy The Void experience.
