Which resort is the SDV held? I'll be arriving in Disney on the 28th with my family, does anyone know if I will have access to the vendors to be able to shop like the SDVs at other places, or are the vendors not accessible to the general public? I would love to be able to shop for some new products not readily available in my area.

Yes, you can come in and shop. Most take credit cards, everyone takes cash.
If anyone questions you, though I doubt they will, just say you are visiting the DIS Divas.
We have breakfast ressies at Ohana that morning but most of us will be around by 10 at the latest.
