Question about same day ADRs

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find an answer to my question when I searched. So, I have a lunch reservation at Hollywood Studios for 3:00pm. I'm hoping to keep checking for a possible opening at Oga's on the same day from now through my trip. How close to my reservation time can I book an ADR at Oga's? Yesterday, it looked like one popped up for 2:10pm, but I wasn't able to snag it (although I'm not sure if it was due to conflicting times or I was just too slow). Is there a window of time that ADRs have to be spaced? And since Oga's has a time limit of 45 minutes, are they an exception? Thanks for the help in advance.

I don't know if there are any exceptions, but I doubt it. According to the FAQ on the Disney website: "Guests are not permitted to book dining reservations within 2 hours of another reservation."

Your best bet is to have a second MDE account to book the overlapping ADR under. I don't believe the system recognizes any exception for Oga's.
