We are a family of four and we will need a roll in shower. DS10 will not be able to use a shower/tub this time around.

King rooms are the only rooms with roll ins... right? And they only sleep 3... right?

Is my only option to reserve 2 rooms? Kinda seems unfair.

I'm gonna call on Monday to make my reservation.... and I'm hoping more options will be given to me at that point.

My family stayed in Music September 2008. We needed an accessible room for my sister who uses a wheelchair. Yes, the accessible rooms only have king beds in them. There wouldn't even be enough room for a twin sized air mattress, though you would not go over room occupancy. I'm sorry. good luck!!

Just tell them what you need and you will be taken care of, Everyone will have a bed to sleep in.

I booked a room for 1 night at Pop for 4 adults - roll in shower required. I was told over the phone I'd need two rooms (paying for both). When I got to the hotel, 1 of the rooms was comped. We had two connecting rooms.

When you make your reseveration, the CM will call special services to block you an accessible room and a connecting one.
