Question about ROL dinner package.

Our ADR 180+10 is coming up in a few days but ROL dinner package dates aren't up yet. Can I book a meal at tusker house and then when packages for that date come available switch my regular adr to a dinner package?

No, it has to be booked as the rol dining package. You cannot convert a regular adr.

They can't convert an existing non-package ADR to a package ADR. It will be treated as a new reservation. I'm sure they have their reasons, though I'm not sure what they are.

Do the Packages become available at 180 days or do you just have to keep checking everyday

You have to keep checking. If ROL times aren't on the schedule, ROL dining packages won't be bookable.
