Question about Rider Swap

I'm taking my daughters (ages 8 and 12) to Disney next month and I'll be the only adult. We've had a last minute change of plans and my 2-year-old daughter will be joining us. I've never taken a toddler to Disney and I'm really confused about the rider swap.

Since we have no other adult in our party can I do the swap with my oldest daughter? Can my 8 and 12 year old ride together then my 12 year old stay with my youngest while I ride?

Will I be able to stand in the line with them even if my youngest and I aren't riding? If not, will they be allowed to stand in line without an adult?

The way the rider swap works is that you get given a return ticket (essentially allowing you to enter through the Fastpass line) for you and (usually) up to 3 others. The riders (so your 8 and 12 year old in this scenario) would join the standby line (or could use the Fastpass line if they already held a FP+ for that particular ride) and ride. Then you and the 8 year old could return and use the Fastpass line while your 12 year old stayed with the toddler. The 8 and 12 year old would be OK in line by themselves (as long as you could trust them to behave) and you could meet them in the gift shop/at the exit. The idea is that you could then take your toddler to experience another ride or attraction nearby and then swap out.

Thanks for clarifying for me! I was looking everywhere and couldn't find an answer. I don't mind if I can't ride anything but I didn't want my oldest 2 to miss out on the rides since I didn't know if they would be allowed to ride without an adult.
