Question about Reservations

We are planning to return to BWV (our Home Resort) in Sept/Oct of 2009. We plan to spend our first night at WDW on 9-27-2009.

When would be the first opportunity to make this reservation?

Do we have to call MS to make this ressie or can it be done online?

10/27/08 is when you can call. You can request the reservation on line via the members site, but I don't think they necessarily deal with on line requests right away, but you could do it on line. I have no experience with it.

For your home resort, call 11 months out from your check in date. So for 9/27/09, call on 10/27/08. For a non-home resort, call 7 months out. So call on 2/27/09 for a non-home resort.

You'll need to call MS. You can send them an e-mail from the member website, but it takes a few days for them to get back to you.

Unless you want a standard view or a Boardwalk view, there shouldn't be any issue sending an email reservation request for your vacation dates if you do it at 11 months.

I prefer to call, though, so that I know that I got it right away. As mentioned, it can take a day or two to hear back that you got it (and in your case, you will, LOL).
