Question about reservations

I called and made reservations for a grand gathering. The CM gave me all of the confirmation numbers and a number for the grand gathering. I thought he said that I would get an email with all of the info. I thought that I had read somewhere that I could give everyone in the grand gathering the number and there would be a place online we could all go to see everyone's itineraries etc. I didn't ever get an email and now I don't understand what the grand gathering number is for? Can anyone help me? Do I just need to call back?

I would call back the grand gathering and ask for instructions on how to set everyone up. They will help you. The number you received should be the number for everyone in the group to use to make their reservations etc so they will know that you belong together. But there are special dining things etc for grand gathering so call and get your info.
