Question about recorded deed

So the great news is that we closed two days ago and I saw that the deed was recorded. However, I was confused that under grantee, both my name and my husband's name was listed (good)... Along with that of the seller.

Does anyone know if this is correct or did something get a little messed up along the way? I emailed our broker but they are closed for the weekend and if anyone has an answer, I'd rather not stew for the entire weekend. While I have no reason to think the previous owner would do anything untoward, we did buy the points.

Thanks for any insight!

Was it the deed or notice that have both parties listed. I think the notice that is entered for ROFR should have both parties listed. The deed should only have the name of the buyer. At least that has been my resale experience.

Are you sure you were looking at the deed and not the ROFR waiver? The waiver will be granted from Disney to both the buyer and seller.

Thank you smart people of disboards - I saw that I could click through to an original document and it seems that it's the ROFR document that is linked to the notice...? Anyway, mind at rest thanks to your responses and hopefully I haven't embarrassed myself with the broker and my question!

When looking at the county website, there is a proofed date. Currently, the county has only proofed data through April 13, 2015. Often information is entered wrong or partially wrong. They almost always correct the information.
