Question about Rapid Rewards Shopping

Made a purchase a couple weeks ago for the first time...but the account shows NO purchases made.
Just made 2 more today & STILL not registering on their site.
Anyone had experience with RR Shopping?

I have used them. The first time I used Oriental Trading. I looked online for a discount code since they have them frequently. Well that voided my SW points. The other times I have received an email in a couple of days and the points typically take a week or so after to credit.

I've never had an issue. It sometimes takes quite a while for the points to post due to the merchant reporting the purchase to RR Shopping.
