I would like to print out some clip art to use in my books, but so far, everything I've tried to print looks awful. The color comes out so drab. I thought maybe I needed a new color ink cartridge, so I replaced it, but they look the same. Do I need to use special paper? I've never printed pictures out either for the same reason, but know that I've read that the color comes out better on photo paper.

How do any of you print out clip art? Any suggestions for making my colors look brighter instead of so drab?

Thanks!

The only thing I can think of is to go into the set up of your printer and check mark the box that makes a better quality print job. It uses more ink, but maybe it will look more to your liking. That is the only thing I can think of.....

hey, cool I searched all night for disney clipart for the 1st time. The thought never occured to me that I could print out clipart to use as embellishments. Then I come to my favorite board(the dis)
and someone posts a question on the same topic! You must have read my mind:D I haven't printed any yet, so I don't know how the quality will turn out, But I was thinking of printing some on vellum.
