Question about POTC picture

In the outer queue are there is a sign that has a skull with a banner under it reading "yo ho, yo ho a pirates life for me."

My question is, was this original to the ride or did it come after the movie? Specifically asking in regards to the skull.

I'm assuming you're asking about the banner-style painting right above the entry to the "castle".

As far as I know, that artwork was added AFTER the movie came out, though the song and ride pre-date the movie by many years.
