Question about posting pictures

I know there's a thread about this on the tech board, but I really haven't been able to find an answer to this.

If you have a scanner, but not a digital camera, can you add a picture to your signature?

If it can be done, can someone tell me how, or maybe direct me to very SIMPLE step by step directions?

First, you need to have a site to upload your picture to on the Net. A site many people use, including myself, is www.imagestation.com (free). I also use www.worldzone.net ($12 per year)(I also use their $8 per month service, but the #12 a year should be fine to start with if you use them). Both imagestation and worldzone are good.

After scanning your picture to your hard drive, you go to either of those, or some other site, and upload your picture to it. After that, you get the url address, like a clipart (you have that dancing guy in your signature, so do it just like him) and post the picture, using the bracketed img's.
