Question about posting pics

I finally figured out how to post a pic in a reply rather than using a link. But, it's HUGE. How do I make it a more reasonable size? Can anyone help?

Use this code, but replace the url with the url of your picture, AND remove the spaces after the < and before the >

Thanks, Kadaten. I think I have more problems than I thought. Everyone else, disregard. I found the tech board. I'll post over there. Although, if anyone is reading this, can you at least tell me if you see the picture of my boys in my first post. Thanks.
