Question about Polite Pig

I’ve seen a lot of good reviews for it on here, but I’m finding a menu discrepancy. All Ears lists some Chef Specials that includes a butcher board for 2. The regular Disney website doesn’t list chef specials. So is it something that’s offered on a regular basis? It’s the main thing we are interested in there.

I'd just go straight to the source and visit Polite Pig's menu on their website. With things changing so often hard for 3rd party sites to stay up to date.
