Question about points on website

We just checked the website this afternoon, mainly because we are getting excited about our upcoming trip at the end of this week.The weirdest thing was that it showed that we had x number of points in our 2012 use year. That's not possible because we have used all of them and even borrowed from next year to complete this vacation. We checked under all the contracts and it showed our reservation for this upcoming trip cancelled!!!
Yikes! Trip is still listed under upcoming trips.
We called Member Services and first thing she said is "did you cancel this online!!" ummm...no! After much waiting, she said it's just a glitch in the system.
I sure hope we don't get there this weekend for a 13 night stay and have no room. Crossing my fingers.
Anybody else seen these kind of glitches?

Take a copy of your reservation with you along with the name of the CM that you talked to.

If it were me, I would be talking to a supervisor or Team Line CM to verify the info and to let them know that the system sucks.
