Probably none of the above but, maybe still a little rare. You can get a PDF to redeem at the park by getting top 10 score in the Fireworks game. When the tours were happening they would give out one per tour for answering a trivia question. You can still get the PDF, but they are also giving them out as part of the Prize Pak at DLR for completing the in park quests.
