Question about pin on pin scrappers?

When I trade at the world I have always liked the design of the pin on pin pins. I hope I am saying that right. Ya know the ones that have a pin and have whats looks like another pin on it to where it has some depth. As I was looking through my stuff I was wondering if the ones I have traded for in the past are scrappers. Most of the time when I hear people talking about scrappers it is just the normal pins. I would think it would cost to much to make scrappers out of the more expensive pins like that but again I dont know. I am asking people who know about this stuff to set me straight one way or the other. Thanks.
