Question about PIN codes

If I were to sign up with my daughter and son's information and got a PIN code in their name, would I be able to use that? Also, if your name is Bob Smith, they have to use something other than name to identify you. What is that? Thanks.

You cannot use a PIN code that is in someone else's name. People seem to frequently get PINS that are addressed to other family members that they have traveled with before and they are unable to use them. It has to be your name, at your address.

It's a combination of your name and address that identifies you, so unless you have 2 Bob Smiths at your house, any old Bob Smith is not going to be able to use a different Bob Smith's PIN.

Well that would be a PIN in her name, at her address, for a reservation she's going to use. There was never any issue with doing that, so I don't really understand the original question then.

Oh I see now - they are children (I was thinking you meant adult children until I noticed your signature). No, that wouldn't work - you have to be 18 to book a room.
