Question about picking up tickets @ kiosk

I will be arriving in Orlando on a Sunday night about 7 pm. Was wondering if I would be able to go to Universal and pick up my tickets that night so I would not have to deal with that on Monday morning. Is that possible? Will the Kiosks be working at that time of day? Also exactly where at Universal are they located? Thanks for any help.

I had the exact same question and your thread made me call the Universal park ticketing desk. I spoke to the lady who was very nice and she said you can pick up the tickets at the Will Call window at the park the day before. She said the ticket won't be activated unless it gets scanned at the turnstile so you can pick them up and then hold them for the next day. This is the number I called: Call 407-224-7840

I don't know where the "Will Call" window is but we have normally exchanged our voucher, which is usually has been an email with the "voucher" details at the booths which are located just through the US arch on either side of the pathway through to the turnstiles. Never had to wait long to get to a window so no big deal or delay to get into the park, maybe 15 min or so.
