Question about Photobucket - HELP Please!!

I uploaded another day on my trip report last night & it displayed all my photos ok. Then at somepoint this morning decided that I had exceeded my bandwith so I deleted over half of my pics that were stored on photobucket.

Now it's displaying the ones i've deleted & not the one's that are left! ARRRGGHHH!!!!

Any ideas please??? It is driving me crazy!!!

I found this posted on the Photobucket forums:

Generally, clearing cache or doing a hard refresh is all that's necessary, however lately there have been issues (PB is aware of them and working on a fix) for some members who's albums are on certain servers. They have to have their images/albums purged manually by PB staff until the fix is put into place.

Maybe you will need to contact Photobucket and get them to have a look for you.

Hope you can get it sorted soon, I need another fix of your TR and great photos.

I just had a look in the Support FAQ section & found this......

Q. I removed a number of images from my album but my bandwidth has not decreased??

A. Bandwidth is not a measure of how many images are in your album. Rather, it is a measure of how many times the images in your album are being viewed from locations on the Internet where you have posted links to your media.

Bandwidth is cumulative over time and does not go down until it is reset. Your bandwidth usage resets to 0 each month on the anniversary of the day that you originally registered.

My registration date was the 25th so I guess that means my photos are not going to reappear until 25th Jan. Do you think that is right?

That would be right Claire. Unfortunately it means your photos in the competition aren't showing anymore either.

Thanks David. I totally forgot about the comp entries. I have already set up a second photobucket account so I can continue with my trippie so I will add them to that & give Joh the new links.
