Question about paying OOP

We have the DDP for 5 nights, but ADR for 6 restaurants. So we are paying OOP for one meal. I know if I use the DDP that my DD(2) is free at CP, but will we have to pay for her if it is OOP? Or would it be a better idea to pay for Sci Fi. They are close to the same price, but if we have to pay $10.99 for another child's breakfast, then I think the Sci Fi will come out better.

Children under 3 eat for free from buffets and family style dining. They can eat off your adult plate at other restaurants.

You can also pay for a child's meal at any of the restaurants for you under three.

the only time your 2yo will eat for free is at a buffet, whether you pay oop or not. other than that she will just be eating for free by eating off your plate. unless you choose to buy her a meal.
