Question about Paying MFs

Right now, I am set up to pay MFs automatically. I am beginning to think I might like to pay one lump sum using GCs. I have 3 contracts--1 at AKV and 2 at HHI. Is it possible for me to pay the AKV contract with GCs and then set up automatic payments for the ones at HHI? Or do I have to pick the same type of payment for all of them? If it is possible, when would the lump payment be due?

We were looking at the same thing this morning. We actually own two contracts at BWV (same UY), and we could have paid one with CC and left the other on autopay. So you should be able to do what you described. And later in the year you could pay the balance on one or both of the others with GC or CC, if you wanted.

Thank you. Do you know if I will need to call MS Accounting to discuss removing the AKV contract from autopay if I decide to pay it outright? Will the fees for it be due on January 15? And can I pay those online now with Disney GCs?

We were able to pay the 2016 balances (payments due December 1, the final payment of the year) and cancel the auto pay on both contracts via the DVC website. We just followed the links from "Annual Dues" under "My Memberships." In January we'll decide what to do about the 2017 dues.
