We will be adding the dining plan on at a later date. Which means at our 180 mark we are gonna have to pay out of pocket for our CRT reservation. We have 3 adults and 2 children (over 3)....In order to save some money and yet still book a table for 5 can we just say there is 1 adult and 4 children? Then when we add the dining plan change it to 3 adults and 2 children (possibly even having to do this at the restaurant) or could that be a problem?

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but you'd be paying for a reservation on a CC and then switching over to using dining credits at a later date? If that's correct, then you'd avoid charging $40 (2 kids instead of adults) more now, but in the long run it's not going to cost you any additional? I'd absolutely make sure that it won't mess up your plans for just saving the interest on $40...

You can now link you reservations to your dinner plan and therefor only need to give your CC as a guarantee. you won't be charged anything on your CC.
