Question about passes at universal parks

We are going to universal studios and island of adventures with the unlimited passes we get from staying in an onsite deluxe resort. We are going second week of August on a Monday and a Tuesday, so only staying one night in the room. We plan on doing one park the day we arrive(Monday) and the second park on Tuesday but will also check out that day, will the passes still be valid that day of checkout?
Oh Andy how are gen lions with these passes? I'm assuming August is a busy time of year so im hoping two days is enough for the two parks.

Are you talking about park tickets or express passes? Express passes are good on the day of check in and check out when staying at a deluxe. Did you book a package with park passes?

I'm referring to the Express passes. We are not booking a package only a room and I was going to buy our tix at undercover tourist

General ride/show lines have some waits up through mid August

Ex lines will be less if a wait

Look online UO site fir the park maps

Get a general idea of locations for rest rooms, first aide, eateries, ride locations

Get an idea of what you want to do each day and find the shortest path to reach it

Use the early time time and start with Potter each morning

You can check out early on day 2 and store your belongings with luggage/baggage and pick it up when leaving for that evening
