Hi,

Can anyone suggest the very best place to be for the Parade of Dreams that would put us in good position for the Fireworks?

Thanks,

KC :earsgirl:

Anywhere you can see the castle is great :)

I like the spot on the hub across from Tomorrowland (we were about a 60 degree angle towards the castle from the sign)

For The Fireworks, You Want To Be Able To See Not Only The Castle But Also The Area To The Left Of The Castle And The Matterhorn. Tink Flies Around Alot So When She Is In The Air The Fireworks Are Off To The Left. They Use The Matterhorn For More Then Tinks Beginning Flight. I Heard That Between The Partners And Castle Was A Good Place For The Fireworks. We Were Off To The Left And A Tree Blocked Some Of The View.

I would sit dead center in front of the castle. Yes you will have to turn your head to look at whats going on to the side and behind, but after seeing it from different angles I'd say that is the best spot to sit. Plus they make everyone sit down so you don't have to worry about having annoying tall people in front of you. I would go to that spot as soon as the last parade is over because seating fills up very fast.

So for parade of dreams I would sit castle side where the hub becomes matterhorn way and then meander to the front of the castle.

The statue of Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse in the hub in front of the castle is called "The Partners" statue.

The best place for the parade depends upon which float that you want to see the best. This is not a conventional parade that passes you by. The parade progresses and then stops for a show then goest to the next stop. I don't know all of the float stop locations but there was an article on mouseplanet about it. I've viewed the Beauty and the Beast float from the Main Street Railroad (great site) and the Lion King float from "It's a Small World." (Not so great). The best site for the fireworks is, in my opinion, just in front of the castle. This evening I was just to the left of the castle and did not have any obstruction from trees. I'm not sure which float stops in this area. Basically, for the parade, you want to decide which float you are most interested in and camp out where that one stops.

The parade doesn't parade? I'm confused. You mean that, depending on where I sit, I may or may not see the whole parade?

If you are along the parade route you will see the whole parade, it is just that at some point during the parade it stops for a few minutes (show stop).
