Question about paid Lightning Lane and Cosmic Rewind

I have park hopper passes and I’m staying at a Disney hotel. Since I can buy two lightning lanes per day, can I buy one for Cosmic Rewind at 7 AM for a park that is not my assigned park for the day? And chose a time that’s after 2 PM so I can go there later?

You have to have a park reservation for somewhere for the first half of the day and hoppers. Assuming you have those, then yes.

You should not have any problems doing that. The VQ goes very fast at 7 am, but ILL$ were available for some time when we were there.
