My dd is young (almost 25) and appears to be healthy. However, she has a condition called Neurocardiogenic Syncope - basically her brain doesn't tell her heart to pump her blood and her blood pressure drops and she passes out. She had a bad episode this past week and had to go to the ER with all of the signs of a heart attack - nausia, sweating, near fainting, chest pains, weakness and disorientation. They have been unable to find a combination of medications to keep her blood pressure elevated. The doctor suggested that a pacemaker with a blood pressure regulator may be in her near future. Her only concern is what she won't be able to ride at Disney. Anyone know what attractions uses magnets or anything that would cause an issue with a pacemaker?
Btw she usually rides everything even with the heart condition. On her last trip RnRC and MS caused her a problem with lightheadness/near fainting so she already knows those are out but she's really worried about TOT.
