I have been really watching what i am eating and have been exercising now for a little over 2 weeks. i really feel so much better. tonight is the first time that I am going to eat out at a restaurant since i have been dieting. I am going to the Outback Steakhouse. I normally eat the Chicken on the Barbe with rice...i was going to substitute the rice for veggies. is that ok?
