Question About Onsite Dolphin Restaurants?

How are the onsite casual places to eat? We have PS for 2 nights but I'm thinking we may just want to do more casual things the other 2 nights.

Dolphin Fountain is good burger and ice cream place( a close second to B&C). Fresh is a made to order buffet place with alot of different stations and very good food. We did Fresh once and Dolphin Fountain twice for meals and a few more just for ice cream.
