Question about One-Time UY Points

I have a question about one-time UY points. If I previously purchased 7 points for my 2016 UY, but plans have changed and now I need 9 more points, can I still purchase them? Or once you purchase some, that's it, no more available?

You can still purchase them - up to 24 pts each year. They will let you do it in separate transactions.

They use to limit you to one purchase per year, but that changed last year. You can now make multiple purchases up to a total of the 24 point limit.

It is $15 per point. They do not sell resort-specific points. The points are from the pool of points that Disney owns so they could be from any resort, or multiple resorts. That's why you can only use them at the 7-month window.

Thanks, everyone! This is good to know. If we have to move our trip back to later than June 10 due to the snow affecting our school schedule, I'll have to add some more points since they are in a higher season. Just hope there is availability!
