Question about OKW 2BR

Can anyone tell me if the Studio part of the 2 BR still has a kitchenette? Also, are there always 2 queen beds or is there ever a sofa and queen bed combo?

I am thinking about a 2BR for our next trip. My mother will be joining us. I thought I would give her and her hubby the studio. My kids would sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. I would hate for them to wake the kids if they needed something from the kitchen, yet I don't want to cut them off from the kitchen if they don't have a K-ette.

Another option is to just get two studios.

All 2 bedroom units at OKW have 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom. If you want the kitchenette you will need to book a "lock-off" two bedroom, which will be a studio plus one bedroom with a connecting door. It will also have a seperate entrydoor for the studio, if they want to stay out late and party And to clarify, all studios at OKW have 2 queen beds - not like studios at the other DVC resorts.

One other tip. Since you are going to have somebody using the pull-out couch in the main unit, be sure to request one of the "Phase II" (or III) units that have the door in the laundry room that accesses the master bath. Those units that were built in OKW's Phase I, don't have that door so anybody sleeping on the living room couch will have to go through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom.
