Question About Networking

While I'm down there I would really like to network with some artists/animators, bt I am new at this. Can anyone tell me how to go about networking with the artists, or anyone in general. I am really hoping to do a PI after I get my degree.

The animation facility closed several years ago. No animation is happening in Florida.

There are character artists who work with designing the merchandise and who do sketches in the parks for sale.

One of the easiest networking opportunities is with the alumni speakers series that is hosted at Vista way every so often.
