Question about Name on ID

My extended family is going to WDW in November and my dad booked airline tickets last week. He gave me a copy of our confirmation today and he has me listed with my full name (ie, Jane Ann Smith). My driver's license only shows my middle initial (Jane A. Smith). I've heard they're getting more picky at check-in; is it possible this may create a problem?

You could call the airline to make sure, but I doubt it.

My father in-law's name is something "like" Georges La Touche. When he books flights, he always uses the name that happens to appear on the credit card he is using to pay. Spellings have been:
Georges La Touche
George La Touche
George Latouche
Georges LaTouche

But, he always uses the same ID to get on the plane, no problem.

You will have no problem. The SecureFlight regulations require that full names be collected now, but there is no time frame for when ID checks will require a precise name match.
