Question about MYW ticket plus Dining

Hi, I am WDW fans from the other side of the World, in Indonesia. I have some questions that somebody can help hopefully (pardon me if my English bad).
The plan is like this, I have DVC points that I want to use this year (in September) planning to stay in Orlando for 10 nights, 5 nights off site and 5 nights in DVC resort. The questions are:
1. I believe I can buy MYW ticket plus dining plan together with my reservation in DVC resort for 5 nights, correct?
2. Can I change my MYW ticket to a 10 day ticket? My thinking is that it is possible if I do not have dining attached to that ticket, am I correct?
3. If I do not have dining plan, and I change to a 10 day MYW ticket, but I am staying offsite before move to DVC resort, how am I get the MYW ticket?

When staying on points your dining is seperate from your tickets, you could buy your tickets from someone other then Disney (ie. discount broker, AAA, etc.). Unlike a MYW Ticket with DDP (Disney Dining Plan) there are no minimum ticket requirements with a DVC reservation.

You can not buy MYW tickets through MS. You can buy discounted tickets for any amount of days you want.
Dinning plan can be added for the length of your DVC stay for all guess in the room.The two are not connected in anyway.

Now I understand it better, so the park tickets are nothing to do with the DVC reservation and only Dining plan can be added to the reservation with points.
