Question about my December reservations?

I have reservations at PO-R for December. I know that with CBR being closed for renovation, people staying there were moved to other moderate resorts or offered an upgrade for a minimal charge.

My question is was this upgrade offered only to those staying at CBR or was it offere to those staying at the moderate resorts due to the impact that this will have?

My travel agency has not been very helpful with this and didn't even let us know that CBR was closed until I called them to see if we could transfer our reservations to CBR.

Upgrades are only being offered to those with a CBR reservation. Many are taking AKL or Polynesian, so the impact on the other moderates may be minimal.
