Question about my 3 day Discover Disney Pass

I received an “Exchange Certifcate” card, and per the instructions, I’m to present the card at any ticket window (so Epcot, as I’m going there later today) to receive my actual ticket.

In the e-mail instructions, (above is snail mail), they say I can create a Magic Mobile Pass, and link my account to that. But, I don’t want to have to set up a passcode and Face ID for my phone - so I’m not going to do that

I wasn’t going to buy a new magic band because it’s just more money I’d rather not spend, and I’m annoyed that I left mine at home….but. I’m going to because it’s just easier

Once I buy the band, do I have to wait until I actually exchange the certificate for a ticket at the ticket window, or can I link the magic band to my account, and thereby skip the ticket window?

You should be able to link both to your MDE profile. The ticket needs to be linked in advance and make theme park reservations. You probably need to stop at a ticket window to verify Florida Resident status.
