Question about mousekeeping and extra cleaning..

OK heres the story..In Feb we stayed at OKW for the first time in a 2 bdrm. My 3 yo dd has bad allergies(dust is a real bad one for her) and asthma, and for some reason it got REALLY bad while we were there, forcing my poor dh to sleep with her outside on the balcony. I dont know if it was some extra dust laying around or not, but it was bad and i felt soo bad for her.
Anyway we booked another trip to OKW in August staying in a 2 bdrm again and told MS about the last trip and she made told me she was putting in No smoking for medical reasons and that we needed an extra cleaning(extra dusting and making sure the curtains and all were dust free)before we check in..has anyone ever heard of this, and do you think it will actually happen..lol I also asked if there were anyway we could get all the comforters changed(cause we all know they don't get changed regularly) and they collect dust and all.
So has anyone heard of them doing all of this so people with problems like these can be comfortable while staying at the resort?

I have asthma too, and last trip the bed coverings had a smoke smell to them in the non-smoking villa we were in. I asked for the bedding to be changed and an ionizer to be run for the smoke, and they happily complied. The room was just fine when we returned from Epcot that night.
