Hello, I have a question about modifying a reservation -currently we have reservations a Coronado Springs, 2 rooms (1 room is 2 adults, 3 kids 6, 4 and 2, the other room is just 2 adults). My husband and I are taking our daughter and her family for a couple of Disney days before a Disney Cruise.

My daughter invited her MIL for the land portion of this trip. I have no issue with this at all, my only request is that MIL has to be in their room, not ours. But we will gladly take a grandson or two!

Is this hard to do with a cast member? It seems like adding a 3rd adult will change pricing by +$25 a night, and that is absolutely no problem, and moving a grandchild or two into our room should not incur a cost.

All seems logical to me-so am I missing anything?

Did you book a package with tickets or a room only reservation? If you have a room only reservation than you can add the MIL at any time. If you booked a package, then she would need the same tickets as everyone in the room. And you may incur a fee for making changes to the package reservation. You can wait to add her to the room when you check in.

The room was only a room, as opposed to a package. Customer service was awesome helping me out!
