It says full payment is due when the reservation is made, it also says the dining plan is accepted. How does that work? Do they just refund my credit card after they subtract the table service credits?

If you have a resort + dining plan reservation at the time you're booking the ADR, they will take your reservation with a credit card guarantee rather than charging full price. (I have heard several stories that this does not work via the on-line system, you'll likely need to call WDW-DINE instead.)

Otherwise, if you pay in full in advance, you can get the amount refunded when you use credits to pick up your tickets. It may take a while to see the refund posted, though.

If you're on a CC guarantee, you can still choose credits or OOP at the time you pick up the tickets.
