Question about Menus

I am looking at some menus trying to figure out budget and if I want to go for lunch vs dinner.. etc.

Question:

Can you order off of the Lunch Menu at dinner time?
I ask because. I want to do Dinner at Rose & Crown pre Illuminations. BUT I really want to eat their Fish n Chips that are on the lunch menu. Can I get Fish n Chips at Dinner?

As far As I know, most WDW restaurants will not allow you to order from the lunch menu at dinner. Here is a link to menus:
