In deciding which restaruants to get ADR's I look at the menus to make choices as to which would appeal to my family best. I checked the menus here in the link then allears and they are not the same. Which is the most reliable.
put dates on their menus. Some can be several months or more older. I would look at which one is more recent. You could also compare the menus to the Disney site if a menu is available there.
Oddly enough, even the most current-dated ones sometimes seem to have omissions. I found the menus on AllEars to be closer to reality on our trip last month (so long as they were not dated back to, say, 2009. THOSE really need to be cleaned up).
Remember too, that the menus change seasonally at most sit down places, especially signature. Unless its a menu on the disney site, it's probably not going to be exact.
Take that into consideration especially if you have someone who doesnt eat certain things (wife doesn't eat meat, for example)
You can use the menu's to get a "feel" for what the restaurant serves. It will simply give you the flavors and techniques that might be used at a specific restaurant. The menus are not always up to date and, even if they are, they could change before you get there.
I found the menus on the official WDW site to be very accurate. The only problem is they only give you the non-buffet TS menus. For buffets and CS meals I used allears. Just got back two weeks ago and it was pretty accurate.
Go to the dining information and then the individual restaurant. On the right hand side will be some options. IF there is a menu available, it will be listed there. Not all locations will have a menu.
