Question about MDE and tickets

When I've logged into MDE several times today, I get this message:
"We're sorry. The complete details for this ticket or pass are not available at this time. Please check back soon."

We received our MBs the other day and I'm wondering if this is the reason for the message. Does anyone know if this is the case? Our other reservations and FP+ are showing up fine.

Same thing here. I can start booking my FP+ at midnight (if I make it awake that long), and I'm hoping the message is gone by then!

It's for no good reason. I bought MNSSHP tix this morning...assigned them to our party just fine...then a few hours later got the same message as you. I have no confidence in the system and so help me God if I have to "call IT" to straighten ANYTHING out...

Me, too! I hope they fix it soon because I stayed up to book my FP+! I also can't log into my own account. Luckily I can go through through DH's, if they get everything working right that is!!

Just checked my ACCT this a few minutes ago and I got the same message. When I go under Family and Friends list the tickets are there for our regular day tickets and my MM card is there but I don't see MNSSHP tickets there is this normal?
