Question about Matterhorn rehab

We are going May 14th and 15th.....it reads to be on rehab until 5/15. Does this mean it will open on the 15th? Is there a chance it will open before than. This is our first and only time to Disneyland and it would be a shame not to be able to ride it.

Usually the refurbishment dates refer to the first day closed through the last day closed. So the last day of the planned closure would be May 15, with the attraction re-opening on May 16th. It's worth noting that this is a fairly lengthy refurbishment, so there is always the chance that the attraction will have a soft opening or that the opening could be delayed.
