Question about making restaurant reservations on property

Can anyone suggest how early I should make reservations to eat at some of the restaurants on property like Mythos, Hard Rock, etc... if we are going during Memorial Weekend? Do they take a PS (Priority Seating) or is it a reservation? I'm assuming they'll be busy and we would like to know we're on the list.

Do all the restaurants at City Walk take reservations and if not which don't?
