Question about making Dining Reservations

I went to WDW last December. At 180 days I started making my online reservaions at 7:00 EST. I keep reading posts here about 6 am. Has the time changed? I will be making reservations for my next trip in around a month and don't want to mess up!

Reservations are made online at 6 am EST, phone reservations can not be made until 7 am.

Ah, thanks, that's right! The MDE messed up on me when I made my ressies and I had to make all mine via telephone. I had forgotten!
