I am going to WDW in Feb 2008 with 9 people. We are at 2 different hotels (SSR & POP). I already have my reservation but the other half doesn't have theirs yet. My question is: Can I make ADRs for our whole party now under my reservation even though they haven't made theirs yet? :thumbsup2

Edited to add: We are all planning to do the Dining Plan so does that make a difference? There are 4 of us on my reservation with the Dining Plan. Does that mean I can only make reservations for the 4 of us? Would I ever be able to make ressies for the 9 of us even if they make the hotel reservation since we are in seperate hotels? Thanks so much for your help.

ADR's arent tied to a ressie per se. You can make ADR's even if you arent going to the parks for places like chef mickey's, cali grill, etc. So there really should be no reason you cant make ADR's for the whole group. Now that's going the the plan that you are all eating together :). If not, then you would have to make separate ones under a different phone number so they dont think you are double booking.

are you at 180 days or 180 +10? If you're already at 180 days, the answer is YES because anyone, on- or off-site, can made ADRs.

If you're at 180 +10 which requires you to have an on-site resort reservation, I'm pretty sure (not 100%) that the answer is still YES. When we made our ADRs, the party included other relatives not staying in our room. They didn't even question that the number didn't match the number of people on our hotel reservation.

Thank you so much for your answers.:goodvibes Can I make the ADRs for everyone and say we are all on the Dining Plan even though not everyone has there room,Dining Plan reservations? We will be eating together on these ADRs so I just want to make sure I can call now and make all the ADRs with the Dining Plan for all of us even tough not everyone is booked yet. We are just a few days passed 180 days. I've been to WDW many times but never with our big group and things are a bit more complicated. Thanks again:flower3:

You don't have to officially book your ADR as on or off plan. They ask b/c I think it helps with with planning in terms of how long to expect the meal to take. But if you say you are and then don't use it, or say you aren't and then get it, it won't matter. You can always tell them "some are and some aren't" but I don't expect you will have any problems honestly.
