Question about making ADR's for Aug 29-Sept 7th

This is our first time to WDW and I am losing my mind trying to figure out our dining plan

I am able to make my reservations on May 30th but park hours for September will not be out untill June 1st. Should I just wait for the park hours to come out before making my ADRs or should I try to figure out what to book and just plan on changing them the next day.

We are trying to save some money and not get the park hopper, just a little info about our family, there will be myself, dh and ds 14 and dd 12. We would like to hit MK and the other parks if possible during EMH *pm* because we do better staying up later than getting up early. Especially dealing with the 3 hr time change..

any help is appreciated

Personally, I would call at the 90 day mark, see the hours the next day & call to make any changes that you may need. You never know, it may work out?? I'd just hate to miss that 90 day mark myself!

Maybe look at last year's hours & see if May 2008 & May 2009 were similar & think maybe the same would be true for June??

I am in the same situation but a month later, Sept 27-Oct 3, and have decided to make 2 reservations on some days, especially Oct 1 & 2 and then decide once the hours are released and cancel what I don't want. I figure a late lunch and dinner reservation on those days. We went in Dec '08 and I made the reservations on the first day I could and did not think then about having 2 each day, really wished I had as we changed some of our plans and were scurring for reservations. As long as I cancel what I don't want, I don't see any harm in scheduling 2 at my 90 day mark.
